Open Source Translation Memory System

openTMS is a projekt of the Forum Open Language Tools (FOLT).
Major goals of FOLT are support of standard exchangeformats, nont-proprietary Software and the testing of new translation-technologies and -processes. FOLT focusses on the hole workflow of multiligual documentation, beginning from the creation of the sourcetext till the production of the targetlanguage.
